  • Who can access my personal data?

    Only professional recruiters have access to the Workmint database and can view your personal data.

  • I want to delete my Workmint-account how do I do?

    Please send us an email at info@workmint.com and we well help you remove your account.

  • I lost my password how can I recover it?

    Please use the forgot password link, visible when you click the sign in button in the upper right corner.

  • I’ve ordered a new password, but hasnt received an e-mail with further instructions, what happened?

    Please check your spam filter, maybe our mail ended up there.

  • I can’t remember my username what do I do?

    Your username is the same as your email address. Please contact us at info@workmint.com if you have forgotten your email address or have lost access to your email account.

  • Can I change my password?

    Yes you can, please log in first and then change your password.

  • I am both an employer and a candidate. Should I use the same login information?

    No. There are two different types of accounts.

Recruiter

  • I am a recruiter and would like to forward my candidates and my CV database. What do I need to do?

    Contact us at rekryterarservice@workmint.com and we will help you get started and answer any questions you have about Workmint. We can also tell you more about how to generate new revenues from your CV database as well as make your recruitment projects more efficient.

  • What is Workmint and how does it work for us as a recruitment or staffing firm?

    Workmint is a market place where recruitment companies can forward their CVs to other recruiters who thereby faster find the candidates they are searching for. 
 Through Workmint recruiters can purchase and sell CVs from and to other recruiters and thus generate revenues from parts of their CV database which are not being used and at the same time increase their efficiency.
